Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of JajaSoft.net / FindSpark.net and its research tools, operated by JajaSoft. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

JajaSoft provides research and analysis tools that surface publicly available information from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram and X, together with AI-assisted analysis of that information.

• Results are generated from public data and automated analysis, and are provided for research and informational purposes.
• We do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, current, or that acting on it will produce any particular outcome.
• Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

Accounts

• You may sign in with an email verification code or with your Google account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share account access or resell access to the tools.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to hold an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, automate, or otherwise access the service outside the interface we provide, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• Overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to build a substantially similar competing product, or to resell raw output as your own data service.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches the terms of the third-party platforms whose public data is surfaced.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and may apply rate limits to protect service stability.

Plans, Billing and Refunds

• A free tier is available with a monthly allowance of searches across the tools.
• Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices and plan limits may change. We will give reasonable notice before a change affects an existing subscription.
• If something goes materially wrong on our side, contact us — we deal with refund requests case by case and in good faith.

Your Content and Our Content

• Search terms and inputs you provide remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service (process the query and return results).
• The site, its interface, and its underlying software remain the property of JajaSoft.
• Output you generate may be used freely in your own work. Underlying public data remains subject to the rights of its original owners and the platform it came from.

Third-Party Platforms

The service relies on external platforms and APIs, including YouTube and other public sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those platforms. Their availability, rate limits and policy changes can affect our results, and outages outside our control may interrupt features.

Availability and Liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• We do not promise uninterrupted availability; maintenance and third-party outages happen.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, JajaSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of tool output.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending Use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for abuse that threatens the service, or if we discontinue the product — in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
